1. Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and use services on the winb platform, you must be 18 years of age or older. Accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh is prohibited, and winb reserves the right to close any such account. Each individual may only open one account; opening multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date — providing false information will result in account termination. We may request a national identity card or other valid identity documents for verification purposes.

- Registration by persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
- Account is not transferable to third parties.
2. Account & Responsibility
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with a third party, and report any suspicious activity to our customer support immediately. All activity carried out from your account will be considered your own, so always remain vigilant in protecting your account. Giving minors access to your account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. Prolonged inactivity may result in the account being marked as inactive in accordance with our policy.

3. Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the winb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and can be deposited or withdrawn via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each deposit and withdrawal, and these are clearly stated on the platform. To prevent money laundering, winb reserves the right to verify all large transactions and may request additional documentation if necessary. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours, though verification requirements may extend this timeframe. 4. Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and become withdrawable only after specific conditions are met.

5. Code of Conduct

Harassment of other users, the use of offensive language, or any attempt to disrupt the gaming environment will result in account termination. winb reserves the right to void any related transactions if a user exploits any platform vulnerability or technical flaw to gain an unfair advantage. 8. Changes & Termination

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. In the event of a terms violation, winb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Even if an account is closed, any valid withdrawable balance will be returned after proper verification.
